Hump Day Happy Hour…Pioneer Day [or as I like to call it, ‘Pie ‘N’ Beer’ Day] edition! In the spirit of the holiday I’m sharing this delicious Apple Beer Punch recipes with you today. 
It’s kind of sangria-ish, minus the wine.
This punch goes perfect with a mini apple pie with the crust in the shape of Utah. Or, if you’re all out, just any ol’ pie will do. 
I know beer probably isn’t the first thing people think of when they think of Utah, but some of us here do enjoy one occasionally. My husband only has one wife, too!
